北區臨床專員Clinical Specialist
工作內容
1. Deliver Professional Services: Deliver exceptional after-sales support and customer service for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) products, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and product performance.
2. Market Engagement: Proactively expand market presence by providing in-depth product demonstrations and organizing educational seminars for hospitals and medical professionals, enhancing product visibility and awareness.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Representatives, Customer Service, and the Marketing Team to ensure seamless service delivery and foster a collaborative environment that drives customer satisfaction and business growth.
專業服務：提供NPWT負壓傷口治療產品的優質售後支持與客戶服務，確保持續的客戶滿意度及產品效能。
市場參與：積極擴展市場覆蓋率，提供全面的產品展示，並舉辦針對醫院及醫療專業人員的教育研討會，提升產品知名度及市場認識。
團隊合作：與銷售代表、客戶服務及行銷團隊密切合作，確保無縫的服務交付，並促進合作環境，提升客戶滿意度及業務成長。
